Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back
  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund once production has started, unless they arrive damaged or defective

We encourage customers to carefully review customization details before placing an order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return or provide a suitable solution

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing time may take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation

For customized items:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
